One of the hardest things for humans to do in the midst of change is breathe. Our breath has an impact on how we show up in the world and has the potential to transform our mood, our bodies, and even our response to stress. This 2 hour workshop will provide tools and practices for harnessing our power through pranayama exercises, yoga, reflection, and meditation. This mini workshop is ideal for all levels of practitioners and will engage brief moments of journaling. All participants are asked to bring a journal, writing utensil, and any props or cushions for sitting. Gentle yoga movement will be integrated.
