Asheville Yoga Festival 2019

This workshop includes stories, discussion and a physical journey of the human ego. In many yoga traditions, the ego is defined as your individuality. The problem is we tend to solely identify with our individual self, and forget our connection to all that is around us and that deep, unchanging, universal part of ourselves. This Universal Self holds potential beyond words. Please join in this slow, mindful workshop as we move from our individual self to our Universal Self as a tangible, fun and even playful experience -- an experience of discovering the potential in the most unlikely place.
